The basic architecture of Password Manager Pro revolves around password ownership and sharing concepts. All the passwords stored in the centralized repository have well-defined ownership.
By default, the administrator who adds the password automatically becomes the owner. The owner alone will be able to view the passwords stored him/her. Others will not be able to view the passwords unless the owner decides to share the passwords.
Sharing concept follows well-defined criteria - that means, the owner will specify the access level. The owner can choose to give view only privilege or view & modify privilege.
If an administrator leaves the organization, there is provision to transfer the ownership to some other administrator.
